Championship Saturday started off with a thrilling men’s championship match, Sam Querrey vs. Brandon Nakashima. The energetic match went into a 3 set tiebreak with Querrey capturing the Hawaii Open championship title. During the trophy presentation, Querrey commented on the event saying how the Hawaii Open felt like a tour event based on the very high level of play and incredible crowd support.
